Returns & Refunds
At G2G Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom items.
How to Request a Return
Email us at G2Grunclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and send return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at G2Grunclub@gmail.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider.
