Returns & Refunds

At G2G Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at G2Grunclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at G2Grunclub@gmail.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If it has been more than 10 business days, contact us at G2Grunclub@gmail.com for further assistance.
